About the Company
Founded in 2013, Annapolis Capital Partners began as a hospitality-focused real estate development and holding company. Over time, the company has become specialized in successfully executing heavy value-add commercial redevelopments within the Annapolis Historic District. Delivering game-changing vision is the standard; no project is too daunting or too complex. Since its formation in 2013, the company has completed more than fifty individual real estate transactions.
Today, the team at Annapolis Capital Partners is the standard bearer for delivering an uncompromising hospitality experience, and elevating the city of Annapolis for all.

Managing Partner
Cody Monroe
Cody Monroe graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 2011 with Bachelor of Science diplomas in Economics and Political Science. In 2020, he completed a joint graduate course of study, earning a Master’s of Business Administration and a Master’s of Science in Real Estate Development from the University of Florida’s Hough Graduate School of Business.
After graduating from the Naval Academy, Cody piloted the MH-60R multi-mission helicopter. In 2015, he deployed to the Middle East while attached to the USS Theodore Roosevelt carrier strike group, participating in Operation Inherent Resolve. Next, he was assigned to the University of Florida’s NROTC Unit as an Assistant Professor of Naval Science, where he instructed Naval Weapons Systems. His final tour was aboard the USS George H. W. Bush aircraft carrier as Assistant Air Operations Officer.
Cody has been active in commercial real estate development since 2013, when he co-founded Annapolis Capital Partners with fellow Naval Academy graduate Clinton Ramsden. Cody currently resides in the Annapolis, Maryland historic district.

Clinton Ramsden III
Clinton graduated from the Edward St. John Real Estate program at the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School in Washington, D.C., earning a Master's of Science in Real Estate and Infrastructure. He graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in American Politics and Law. In recognition of his academic excellence, he was inducted into Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor Society.
After graduating from the Naval Academy, Clint completed naval aviation training and was winged as a naval aviator. He was then assigned to the Pentagon in Washington, D.C., where he was responsible for developing and implementing communication strategy for the Secretary of the Navy and Chief of Naval Operations.
